MEET THE FOUNDER
Javari Carlton
Javari Carlton serves as the Founder and Managing Director of The First in Our Generation Foundation Inc. His vision of empowering current and aspiring HBCU students to achieve higher education, despite life’s challenges, is deeply rooted in his own journey as a first-generation college and HBCU student. Javari is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Clark Atlanta University.
